We are looking for dedicated and disciplined Security Guards to join Shalom Manpower for our client sites across Nellore. The ideal candidate will maintain safety, enforce regulations, and provide a professional and friendly security presence in residential, industrial, and commercial premises.
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety of property and personnel
- Monitor and authorize entrance and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities (equipment damage, theft, etc.)
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Follow company safety and emergency procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and discipline on duty
Requirements
- Minimum 10th pass / SSLC
- Age: 21 to 45 years
- Physically fit and alert
- Basic communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English)
- Experience as a Security Guard preferred, but not mandatory
- Valid ID proof and address proof required
