We are looking for dedicated and disciplined Security Guards to join Shalom Manpower for our client sites across Nellore. The ideal candidate will maintain safety, enforce regulations, and provide a professional and friendly security presence in residential, industrial, and commercial premises.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety of property and personnel
• Monitor and authorize entrance and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities (equipment damage, theft, etc.)
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Follow company safety and emergency procedures
• Maintain professional appearance and discipline on duty

Requirements

• Minimum 10th pass / SSLC
• Age: 21 to 45 years
• Physically fit and alert
• Basic communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English)
• Experience as a Security Guard preferred, but not mandatory
• Valid ID proof and address proof required
